I’m, by profession, a bartender.
Beyond that, though, I’m a whole bunch of things, but insincere isn’t one of them.
I’m currently exploring the single life, which I’ve never really had the leisure to do since my angst-driven days of youth when I carried a composition book everywhere with me, like Harriet The Spy, & chronicled various quirky revelations that I would never remember otherwise. I write not so much for the recordkeeping, although in an OCD way I find it appealing. I write in search of quirky revelations.
Also, I really do use a pen for crosswords.

Hey Lauren,
I found xword with a pen while searching the interwebs for high quality bloggers, and am reaching out to let you know about a project I’m working that I think you’d really dig. It’s a way for you and your fans to converse with each other in chat-like real time, though organized and focused specifically around shared content (in a pretty interface).
From what we’ve seen so far, people are many times more inclined to comment and discuss with one another on this than via stock commenting, and the interaction is much more lively and entertaining.
