I’m just a normal guy — a high tenor normal guy — born and raised in Hawaii who happens to enjoy music and singing.
My taste in music tends to be a little different from the owner of the site, but it leads to some interesting discussions, and it broadens my musical listening range from time to time. And hers.
I’ve studied classical voice for over 10 years and have had a few opportunities to perform in both recital as well as in public. I enjoy listening to other people sing, and enjoy singing myself when there are others I enjoy listening to. The only caveat is I hate feeling like I’m cheap entertainment (hello Aki). Oh, and according to Lauren, I can tend to be moody at times.
I’m new to blogging, but if I can write anywhere near as much as I talk but expect that some interesting and perhaps even enjoyable discussions will come out of blogging about music.
